Start to English is a series of books which aim to integrate new arrivals to Spain into the school system. Start to English A offers practice in the Latin alphabet andintroduces some basic words through simple illustrations.The material is accompanied by an audio CD which allows students to hear the target vocabulary being spoken.Rubrics and key words appear in English and Spanish and students are given the opportunity to translate the target language into their own language.
